Your booking does not automatically include transportation unless specifically stated in your package. Our team will follow up with information about water taxi options, float plane arrivals, luggage guidelines and recommended arrival times.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings made with 45+ days take a 50% deposit with the balance paid 45 days before. Bookings made within 45 days require the full amount as the deposit. 45 days or closer to arrival, cancellations & no-shows forfeit the full package cost. We therefore strongly recommend travel insurance that covers their trip to Vancouver Island.
