Dining at Wahous Wilderness Lodge is an extension of place. Every meal is a story about our land and ocean, shaped by season, tide and the surrounding region. Our culinary team works with local farmers, sustainable fisheries and shellfish harvesters, ensuring each ingredient is sourced with integrity and each dish prepared with care.
Meals are served at ƛiicuu maḥtii – Kleetsu (feast house), our floating restaurant suspended above Quait Bay. Daily menus reflect a tide-to-table philosophy and offer a meaningful taste of ʕaḥuusʔatḥ (Ahousaht) hahoulthee (territory), where the surrounding wilderness becomes the first ingredient.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass are included during designated meal periods, featuring a curated selection from Vancouver Island and the Okanagan Valley. Premium bottles, specialty selections and service outside designated meal periods are available at an additional cost.
